Event Planning - Full

($6500+)

  • Initial Consultation
  • Plan and Coordinate Event
  • Assist with venue selection
  • Vendor research on pricing & availability, referrals, and contract negotiations
  • Attend planning meetings to gather event details & vendor contracts. (6-8 weeks before the day of the event)
  • Vendor confirmation and logistics (2 weeks prior)
  • Budget allocation and payment management
  • Custom event design, theme, and decor' based on your budget
  • Events stationery selection (invitation suite, programs, escort cards, dinner menus, table numbers, etc.), addressing, mailing, and RSVP tracking
  • Craft your event itinerary and layout
  • Onsite contact and support for family and vendors (deliver tips & final payments)
  • Set-up and clean-up of personal decorations for the event
  • Ensure your event is executed flawlessly and stress-free (12 hours maximum). More hours can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee
