Desirable Qualifications
For Event Coordinator
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure

- Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost management
- Familiarity with event planning tools and software

For Event Decorator
- Strong eye for design, color coordination, and themed aesthetics
- Experience decorating weddings, corporate events, or upscale gatherings
- Ability to create elegant, customized décor for both romantic and professional atmospheres
- Skilled in setting up floral arrangements, tablescapes, backdrops, lighting, and signage
- Knowledge of current wedding and corporate event trends
- Exceptional attention to detail with a flair for creativity
- Comfortable managing décor timelines and working under event-day pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret client visions
- Physical ability to lift, transport, and install decor elements
- Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Portfolio or photos of past work strongly preferred
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
