For Event Coordinator

  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination

For Event Decorator

  • Strong eye for design, color coordination, and themed aesthetics
  • Experience decorating weddings, corporate events, or upscale gatherings
  • Ability to create elegant, customized décor for both romantic and professional atmospheres
  • Skilled in setting up floral arrangements, tablescapes, backdrops, lighting, and signage
  • Knowledge of current wedding and corporate event trends
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a flair for creativity
  • Comfortable managing décor timelines and working under event-day pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret client visions
  • Physical ability to lift, transport, and install decor elements
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Portfolio or photos of past work strongly preferred
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
