Chef Derris Mosley, our chef, hails from Mississippi, where all 5 regions from the delta to the pines helped lay the foundation of BIG BBQ flavors and grilling techniques revered in the culinary world. Utilizing his passion for family, BBQ, and food, Chef Mosley headed to the golden California coast to learn all about the vast produce and eating locally. A harmonious marriage of the south and west was forged and inspired by fusing Southern fare with local Sacramento Produce. Our desire is your complete satisfaction yet we strive to leave your palette desiring more. We invite you to share our passion for food open from Tuesday to Thursday 4pm to 8pm.
